He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Fields and Olga Fields (Terry); his wife Phyllis Fields; his daughter Christy Swain; and his brothers, Jimmy Fields and Don Fields.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Jager and Lendsey Fields (Josh) of Swayzee; his grandchildren, Jerrick Jager, Kinzee Vawter and Isabelle Wagener; and his brothers, Kenneth Fields (Betty) of Indianapolis and Dennis Fields (Bobbi) of Marion.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel (1341 N Baldwin Ave, Marion, IN 46952).
