He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Johnson and Mary Johnson. He is survived by : his wife Chasity Johnson of Swayzee; his children, Cody A. Johnson of Swayzee, Matthew B. Johnson of Marion and Ashley M. Johnson of Muncie; his siblings, David Johnson (JoAnn), Dennis Johnson (Loraine), Frosty Johnson (Lisa) and Marianne Johnson; his former life partner Belinda Johnson; and his friend Dalton Downing. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
