He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert Hardcastle and Emma Hardcastle (O'Neal). He is survived by : his wife Judith Barker; his children, Amanda Gephart (Jerry) of Swayzee and Richard J. Hardcastle, Jr. (Sheila) of Westfield; his granddaughter Snezhana Hardcastle of Westfield; and his siblings, Jay Hardcastle (Fran) of Swayzee, Robin Hardcastle of Oak Harbor, WA and Colleen Twichell of Marion. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
