He was predeceased by: his mother Gracie Horstman (Stuard). He is survived by: his father Bill Horstman (Carlene); his wife Angela Faubert; his children, Karissa Jones (Jeff Dever), Todd Jones and Christian Newman Faulkner; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Drew, Bryce Jones (Gracie) and Sonora Dever; his great grandchildren, Scarlett and Bennett Jones; his siblings, Bruce Horstman and Shawn Horstman; his parents-in-law, Jerry and Brenda Sallee; and his brother-in-law Jerry Jr. Sallee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
