He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara J. Hiatt of Greentown; his parents, Wesley Ragan (Vi Ragan) and Niko Ragan; and his siblings, Ernest F., Lester E., Clyde E., Louis S., Esther Watson, Helen Carlisle, Marianna Hunt Ewing, Kathleen Schopp Buckley and Katherine Kucharski.
He is survived by: his children, Mark A. (Chikako) of Brisbane and Abby R. Molino of Frankton, IN.; and his grandchildren, Alicia, Wesley Ragan (Vi) of Brisbane, Vincent and Victor Molino of Greentown, Indiana.
