She was predeceased by: her parents, Herschel Masters and Thelma Masters (Fleetwood); her husband James W. Hook; her daughter Patricia Lynn Kline; and her siblings, Nolan W. Masters, Carol Ward (Maurice) and Phyllis Ann Collins.
She is survived by: her daughter Connie Jean Cook (Ralph); her granddaughter Stephanie Johnson (Mark); her children, Allison Hughes and Brayden Johnson; her stepdaughters, Danielle Albertson and Kaleigh Albertson; her granddaughter Shelby Head (Josh); her great grandchildren, Christen Jones (Steven), Bryent Head and Camden Head; and her brothers, Ralph "Eddie" E Masters, Robert L Masters and Larry Masters (Sherry). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
