She is survived by: her daughters, Tonna Slusher (John) of Kimmell, Toni Flowers of North Webster and Tami Brown (David) of Syracuse; and her siblings, Evelyn Wortham of Ashley, IN., Dale "Jack" Sheets of Fremont, IN and Harold Sheets of Angola, IN.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandson.
