He is survived by: his wife Sonia Rico-Todd; his children, William Todd, Marsha Todd Austen (Karl) and Christine Todd Coverstone (Curtis); his grandchildren, Nicole Austen, Jack Austen and Callen Coverstone; and his brother Joseph Todd, Sr. (Susan).
