He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Ellis and Marjorie Ellis (Kittell); and his sister Karla Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Allyson Ellis of Syracuse; his children, Kip Ellis (Angie) of Middlebury and Ash Ellis of Huntertown; and his grandsons, Kaleb and Lucas Ellis.
Donations in memory of Jerry may be left to North Webster United Methodist Church, New Hope Pet Rescue, Wawasee Area Conservation Foundation, or to the Syracuse Library.
