He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Kropf and Sarah Kropf (Yoder); his grandson Adam Hooley; his stepson Michael Maddox; and his siblings, Dorothy Thomas, Mary Ellen Bontrager and Orvin Kropf.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Maddox Kropf; his children, Cheryl Miller (Clifford), Lesa Hooley (Brad), Alison Sisson (Adam) of Fishers, IN, Delwyn Kropf (Lisa) of Eustis, FL and Kermit Kropf; his daughter-in-law Tammy Maddox of Aurora, IL; his grandchildren, Collin Miller, Cole Miller (Britney), Carsten Miller, Christian Miller, Nathaniel Kropf, Rebecca Kropf, Zachary Kropf (Lindsey), Joel Kropf, Andrew Hooley (Ellen), Caitlin Weddle (Andrew), Steven Hooley, Ames Sisson, Glenna Sisson, Katherine Maddox and Grant Maddox; his sisters, Norma Schrock and LaVerda Bechtel (Devon); and his sister-in-law Lorene Kropf of Goshen. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Yoder-Culp Funeral Home (1911 S Main St, Goshen, IN 46526). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
