He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamar Stouder and Ruth Stouder (Defreese); and his brother-in-law Brent Smith. He is survived by: his children, Norene Smith of Syracuse, Christine Huffman of Syracuse, Brian Stouder of Syracuse and Richard Stouder (Misty) of Colorado; and his sister Peggy Hann of Goshen.
