He is survived by: his father Jack Smart of Syracuse, IN.; his wife Cindy Smart of Antwerp, Ohio.; his stepsons, Aaron Starbuck and William Starbuck of Fort Wayne, IN.; his siblings, Tracy Morgan (Rich) of Syracuse, IN. and Jared Smart (Jennifer) of Kendallville, IN.; and his stepson Brooks Starbuck. He is also survived by Ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren, three nieces and two nephews.
A reception will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Veteran's Memorial Park (301 N Huntington St, Syracuse, IN 46567).
