He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Wade and Dorothy Strange Wade. He is survived by: his wife Judy Judd Wade; his brothers, Mark (Patti) and John; and his nieces and nephews, Clay (Shawn), Brian (Carey), Wade, Scott Salomez, Kandee Reed (Todd), Mistee Potts (Jimmy) and Peggy Smith.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Veteran's Homes located in Leavenworth, IN. Donations can be made out to SIVLARF (Southern Indiana Veterans Living and Rehabilitation Facility).
