She was predeceased by : her parents, Simon Hammond and Helen Hammond (Wiseman); her husband Robert Walton; and her siblings, Ralph Hammond, Gordon Hammond, Mary Ruth Brown, Joyce Hammond and Shirley White.

She is survived by : her children, Bill Bean, Eric Bean (Kim), Molly Rohl (Steve), Amy Beckman (Bob) and Rita Recker (Ron); and her siblings, Bob Hammond, Gary Hammond and Louise Wright. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
