She was predeceased by: her parents, Onan Aders and Jessie Marie Aders; her husband Tom Sprinkle, Jr.; her daughter Lesa Sandage; her siblings, Mary Wanda Lindsey, Jimmy Aders and Helen Brockman; her nephews, Greg Lindsey and Mike Lindsey; her son-in-law John Sandage; her grandson-in-law Jimmy Longest; and her brothers-in-law, Delmar Lindsey and Art Brockman.

She is survived by: her children, David Sprinkle (Rita), Roger Sprinkle, Debbie Taylor (Lester), Sherry Sandage (Ronnie) and Beverly Sprinkle; and her grandchildren, Kristina Longest-Long (James), Chastity Edwards (Blake), Tiffany Taylor, Kelly Ammon (Randall), Nathan Knight, Brittney Butt (T. J.), Dylan Sandage and Katelin Stacik (Timmy). She is also survived by several great grandchildren and a great-great granddaughter.
