He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Manley and Naomi Manley (Dunning); his brother Gary Manley (Kris); and his in-laws, Tony, Hazel Oberhausen, Mark, Meredith Oberhausen and Sam Oberhausen.

He is survived by: his wife Ann Kathryn Oberhausen of Tell City; his children, Mickey Manley (Patti), Joan Manley (Barb Zwickel) and Jane Goffinet (David); his brother David Manley (Jo); his in-laws, John Oberhausen (Pat) and Louann Oberhausen; his grandchildren, Sara Manley (Sean O'Gara), Jessica Bender (Jagat), Eric Manley (Mariah Wenker), Kevin Manley, Neal Goffinet (Athena), Alyson Goffinet and Hanna Ingle (Donovan); his great grandchildren, Owen, Isabelle, Jack, Eva, Violet, Henry Bender, Margot, Leo Goffinet and Miles Ingle; and his caregivers, Gerry Kellems, Toni Kraus, Terri Ahl, Linda Eger, Marsha Huck, Velma Mann and Maria Alexandra Rodriquez.
