He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mitchell and Dorothy Mitchell (Lahee); and his brother-in-law Walt Miller. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Carter; his children, Robyn Mitchell of Troy, Jon Mitchell (Brittany) of Jasper, Sarah Miller (Ryan) of Evansville, Harrison Mitchell (Apryll Norris) of Owensboro, Sean Mitchell (Lexi) of Louisiana and Coty Cash (Nikki Lewis) of Tell City; and his sister Sharon Miller of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
