He is survived by: his wife Sandy Phipps of Magnet; his children, Amy Martino (Rossi) of Louisville, Ricky Phipps Jr. (Shelby) and Erin Phipps (Mason) of Tell City; his brother Jerry Phipps (Mickie) of Prentiss, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Kenneth Cahill, Devin Moran, Jeremy Phipps, Kristen Phipps, Jayden Phipps, Kohen Kreisle, Karsyn Kreisle and Killian Brown; and his nieces, Tammy Emerson (Mike) of Georgetown and Melissa Feaster (Ron) of Greenville.
A memorial fund in Rick's memory is currently being established at German American Bank in Tell City for those wishing to make a contribution.
