He is survived by: his wife Nelda Day; his children, Eric Allen Day (Lisa) of Santa Claus, Erica Danielle Day (Kevin) of LaGrange and Brian Robert Day (Naomi) of Mandan; and his granddaughters, Emma Day and Sarah Day.
