He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke Parker and Cornelia Parker (Feix); his wife Irmgard Parker; his stepdaughter Monica Diehl; and his brothers, Charles, Ralph and Larry Parker.
He is survived by: his sisters, Loyce Gries (Richard) of Dale and Joyce Richards of Tell City; his sisters-in-law, Jane and Donna Parker; his aunt Vi Parker; his grandchildren, Simone and Christian; and his great grandchildren, Laura and Hannah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
