She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmer E Hayworth and Retha Fern Hayworth (James); her husband Wallace L. Lank; and her brothers, Donald and Richard D. Hayworth.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicky Walker, Teresa Bahler (Chris), Melody Bell (Henry) and Gail Schindler; and her brothers, Wayne and Walter "Butch" Hayworth. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 36 Great-Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great-Grandchild.
