He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bruce and Marion Bruce (Isaac); his stepmother Nancy Bruce; and his siblings, Rhonda (Edward Bruce), Phyllis Curtis (Brenda Madison) and Darrel Bruce.
He is survived by: his wife DeVonna Bruce (Kissell); his former wife Doris Bruce; his mother-in-law Mary Catherine Feldmeier; his children, Marvin Bruce (Brandi), Christie Bruner (Jon) and Angelique Lett; his stepson Skyler Feldmeier; his grandchildren, Robert Fisher (Angelica), Haylee, Mark Maudlin, Hunter Bruce (Lauren), Madalynn Bruce, Kayla Leslie (Zac), Dane Bruner, Kayleigh Jo, Carson, Owen and Lainey; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Ava, Sophia, Hayden, Maverick and Bristan; and his siblings, Steve Bruce (Sissy), Marsha Wicks (Jason), Deborah Russell (Bill), Linda Kashirsky, Mary Jo Campbell, Larry Madison, Ray Curtis, Cindy Bruce, Talisha Maikranz (Jeremy) and Vanessa Kissell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Koehler Funeral Home (304 E Main St, Boonville, IN 47601). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion Post #463 in Tennyson, Indiana.
