He is survived by: his wife Cindy Curtis (Leistner); his children, Tony Curtis (Kalinda) and Amy Roy (Will); his grandchildren, Justin (Tai), Kaylynn (Ryan), Christopher, Westen, Chase, Trinity, Cole, Lettie and Allison; his great grandchildren, Tillie, Crew, Lydia and Reed; his siblings, Alvin, Ray, Bert Curtis, Ruby Mitchell, Edna Coleman (Jerry), Doris Bruce and Shirley Chappell; and his sister-in-law Mary Curtis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
