It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anthonette Rose Herr of Terre Haute, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Anthony "Tony" Herr and Katherine Sandfoss Herr; her sisters, Carolyn Albrecht and Mary Jo Herr; her former life partners, Steve Farris and Jack Short; her stepson Kent; and her pet Mugsy.

She is survived by : her siblings, Stephen Herr and Judy Yust (Greg); her brother-in-law Paul E. Albrecht; her stepchildren, Bob "Bobby" Short, Debbie Hendricks and Tracy Short Bullerdick (Tim); her nephews, Mark A. Albrecht, Paul L. Albrecht and Douglas M. Albrecht (Jill); her niece Katie Yust; her great-nephew Bryan D. Albrecht (Lindsey); her great-niece Nichole L. Albrecht; her pet Peyton Manning; and also Snow Albrecht.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Susanna Catholic Church (1210 E Main St, Plainfield, IN 46168). A rosary was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
