Barbara Sue Riggs Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Sue Riggs of Terre Haute, Indiana, born in Sullivan, Indiana, who passed away on September 22, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Spencer and Tressie Spencer (Hawkins); her husband Monte Riggs; her son Charles Riggs; and her siblings, Jack Spencer and Patricia Pinkston.
She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Riggs of Indianapolis; and her stepdaughter Pamela McLin (Steve) of Terre Haute. She is also survived by one granddaughter, one grandson, two great granddaughters, five nieces and several other family and close friends.
If friends so desire in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Sullivan County Humane Society, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
