He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dr. Wilbert, Betty McIntosh, Robert and Joy Cooper; and his uncle Rusty McIntosh.
He is survived by: his parents, Dave Cooper and Trudy Cooper; his former wife Rhonda Beasley; his children, Brayden, Austin Cooper and Cora Cooper; his former wife's children, Keegan, Zaylei, Oaklei and Journei; his sister Mandi Cox (Michael); his sibling's children, Ethan Cox (Mallory) and Michaela Cox; his aunts and uncles, Brenda Rector, Hatsumi McIntosh, Bill McIntosh (Judi) and Daryl Cooper (Linda); and his cousins, Casey Rector (Kayla), Darci Marchese (Stephen), Randa Kirschner (Dakota), Troy McIntosh, Trent McIntosh (Natasha), Dusty Higgs (Jack), Chet McIntosh (Jennifer), Brett McIntosh, Lela McIntosh (Mike), Tisha Paugh (Randy) and Zach Cooper (Tiffany).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the DeBaun Funeral Homes & Crematory (85 E Springhill Dr, Terre Haute, IN 47802).
