We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2023, at the age of 87, Charles B. Schnurpel of Terre Haute, Indiana, born in Springfield, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Schnurpel and Ruth Schnurpel; his siblings, Russell (Sarah), Shirley, Barbara (Harold) and James (Mary Lou); his son Kevin Little; and his stepdaughter Debra Wardlow (Michael).

He is survived by: his wife Carol Schnurpel; his children, Charles Schnurpel (Nancy), Steven Schnurpel (Diana) and Kendall Schnurpel (Jami); and his stepchildren, Barbara Robbins (Chuck) and William Yates (Tracy). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Chuck's honor to Dementia Society of America at dementiasociety.org/donate.
