He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Loretta Apple and Curtis Benjamin Culver; and his son David Eric Culver. He is survived by: his children, Mark Dean Culver, Cathy Jean Culver and Christopher Curtis Culver (Connie); and his grandchildren, Mandy, Lara, Michelle and Catrina. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hull Cemetery (299 W Curry Dr, Terre Haute, IN 47802).
