He was predeceased by: his son Billy Dan. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Kelm (Hoopingarner); his stepdaughter Lora Pinkstaff (Jim); his granddaughter Bella Rose; his daughter Mary; and his grandson Michael.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Grandview Cemetery (1601 Lockport Rd, Terre Haute, IN 47802).
