He was predeceased by: his sisters, Majorie A. (Lewis) Otto and Patricia (Patty) K. (Lewis) Henry Leatherman; and his niece Lesley L. (Otto) Banks. He is survived by: his nieces, Julie A. Michl of Arthur, IL and Vickie L. Henry (Claire Humphrey) of Boston, MA. He is also survived by two great nephews, two great nieces, one great great nephew, and his treasured dog Spunky.
