She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Neff; her daughter Janie Lynn Harrison; and her son-in-law Dickie Joe Harrison. She is survived by: her children, John Neff II (Karen) of Rosedale and Cindy K Wilson of Florida; her grandchildren, Brian Ray Neff (Kristine), Kathie Jo Sivertson (Kevin), Ryan Alan Harrison, Kelly Lynn Osborn and Penny Marie Spoo (Eric); and her great grandchildren, Travis Joseph Neff (Taylor), Rachel Nicole Marion (Matt), Justin Sand Neff, Renee Elizabeth Sivertson, Lexie Harrison, Addysin Harrison, Abram Mark Spoo and Ruby Kay Spoo.
