She is survived by : her husband Charles Wells; her son Charles Wells II (Michelle); her sister Rosie Wilsford; her sister-in-law Marie Woodruff; and her grandchildren, Christina Ann Wells, Galen Allen Wells, Abbey Darkis and Terrance Darkis. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
