It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Holley of Terre Haute, Indiana, born in Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Franklin Holley and Carol Holley (Pearce); his brother Clifford "Cliff" Holley; and his brother-in-law William Clifton "Cliff" Freeman. He is survived by : his wife Jaye Holley (Freeman); his children, Bryan Holley (Amanda Warren), Stephanie Katuzienski (Joe), Jennifer Herrmann (Jeremy) and Jessica Bertsch (Fritz); his grandchildren, Carter Herrmann, Dylan Herrmann, Quint Bertsch, Gracie Bertsch, Auvie Bertsch and Abby Katuzienski; and his siblings-in-law, Kirk Freeman (Geri), Lisa Norman (Rich) and Becky Freeman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
