He was predeceased by : his parents, Enrique Aguilar and Sally Guerrero Aguilar; his son David Aguilar; and his siblings, Skip Aguilar and Helen Contreras.
He is survived by : his wife Vicki Needham Aguilar of Terre Haute; his children, Nicholas Aguilar of Pennsylvania, Isabelle Figueroa (Albert) of Chicago, IL and Jessica Cumba (Martin II) of Pennsylvania; his brother Fredrick Aguilar of Chicago; his grandchildren, Joseph Garcia (Karina), Steven Garcia (Amber), Eva Amira and Martin Cumba III; and his great grandchildren, Leila Garcia, Niya Stephens and Elijah Garcia (Benjamin Garcia).
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, that contributions be made to Grace Baptist Church.
