He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Carter and Mary Smith Carter; his brother Mark; and his sister-in-law Gini Huston. He is survived by: his wife Marcia; and his siblings-in-law, Lorena Culver, Evalina Snarski, Clarence Anderson and Jerry Huston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
