He is survived by: his wife Carol Elaine Harder; his stepsons, David Douglas Frey (Harmony) and Daniel Christopher James Frey (Tabitha); his grandchildren, William, Shepherd and Aria Frey; and his siblings, Timothy Lee Harder, Lonnie Patrick Harder (Stacey) and Susan Rae Harder-Swank. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Jeff's memory to the American Cancer Society.
