He is survived by : his wife Donna; his daughter Shawn Covey (Dane) of Gosport; his grandchildren, Kory Hoffman and Justice Byers; his great grandchildren, Lucas Hoffman and Elliott Hoffman; his son Jared Franklin; his daughter-in-law Justice Henry; his grandchildren, Samuel Franklin and Zoey Franklin; his brother David Whobrey; and his niece Trixie Woodard.
