She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Gaultney and Tressa Gaultney; her husband James Wesley McFadden; her daughter Tina Marie; and her siblings, Robert Gaultney, Philip Gaultney and Jane Koenig (Kenneth).
She is survived by: her children, Cary McFadden (Stacy), Shelley Macdonald (John) and Carmen Ellett (David); her grandchildren, Kyle McFadden (Rachel), Alexa Wallace (Daniel), Tressa Schaps (Diego) and Wesley Ellett; and her great grandchildren, Rylee McFadden, Uriah, Evan, Annalee Wallace and Tatiana Schaps. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
