She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Doc" Yochum and Matilda Yochum (Mandabach); her husband Richard Cunningham; her son Michael Cunningham; and her siblings, Donnie Yochum, Rita Daugherity and Janice Adams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Cunningham (Steve Kidwell) and Denise Joslin (Jeff); her grandson Kody Frederick (Mazie Creasey); and her great grandchildren, Kayson Frederick and Maylynn Frederick. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care.
