It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Day Bowsher Hafner of Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on November 8, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Byron DeWitt Day and Edith Powell Day; her husbands, Wayne Russell Bowsher and James Lewis Hafner; her son John William Bowsher; and her brother Robert Allen Day.
She is survived by : her son James Allen Bowsher; her daughter-in-law Carol Lucchese of San Francisco, CA; her granddaughters, Willa Day Overland (Brandon Overland) and Elana Nichole Bowsher; her great grandchildren, Truly Anne Overland, Stella Day Overland and Castor John Overland; and her nieces, Leslie Hanson of High Ridge, MO and Ann Braham of Live Oak, FL..
