She was predeceased by : her parents, Stephen Kaperak and Nellie Kaperak (Osborn); and her siblings, Martha Sickles, Stephen Kaperak, Joseph Kaperak and John Paul Kaperak.
She is survived by : her brother Tom Kaperak of New Mexico.
