He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Goda and Nola Harper Goda; his children, Patrick Goda and Jennifer Rivers; and his grandson Ethan Rivers.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Whalen Goda; his children, Sean Goda, Peter Goda (Suzanne) and Mary Goda; and his siblings, Stephen Goda, David Goda and Diana Pursch. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Benedict Catholic Church (111 S 9th St, Terre Haute, IN 47807). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 12:05 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Benedict Catholic Church.
