He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Walter R. Milner and Phyliss J. Milner (Woerner); his wife Brenda Milner (Phillips); his daughter Amanda Lawler (Ben); his stepdaughter Kelly Holbert (Joe); his sister Cathy Layman; his grandchildren, Maci, David, Gage and Camden; his close friends, Fred Cleghorn, Tom Osborn and Kirk Evitts; and his pets, Beau, Luna and Oscar. He was also cherished by many other close friends; several nieces and nephews.
