He was predeceased by: his father Ace Franklin Poinsett; and his brother Randy Poinsett. He is survived by: his mother Josephine Jesse Poinsett (Farthing); his wife Angela Poinsett (Labampa); his children, Stevie Poinsett (Brittany) and Michelle Miller (Branden); his siblings, Brad Poinsett (Debra) and Debbie Whitt; and his grandchildren, Gabe, Echo and Cove.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the DeBaun Funeral Homes & Crematory (85 E Springhill Dr, Terre Haute, IN 47802). A prayer will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Margaret Mary Church (2405 S 7th St, Terre Haute, IN 47802).
