She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Vibbert and Mary Staggs Vibbert. She is survived by: her husband Larry Toppin; her children, Brandy Booker (Danny), Jennyfer Toller (Paul), Derrick Burdett and Christopher Burdett (Julie); her stepsons, Charles Toppin (Sara) and Samuel Toppin (Amber); and her siblings, Gayle Tyler (Sonya), Bob Tyler, Mark Vibbert (Cindy), Terry Vibbert (Wendy) and Cary Vibbert. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fowler Park (3000 E Oregon Church Rd, Terre Haute, IN 47802).
