It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nila Faye Elkins of Terre Haute, Indiana, born in West Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on October 17, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Elkins and Albert Elkins. She is survived by: her siblings, Christina Bridges (Ray), Sue Dickens (David), Cindy Elkins, Jimmy Dean Elkins and Janis Laplante; her niece Hannah King; her grandson Justin King Jr.; Barbara Champion. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fitzpatrick Funeral Home (220 North 3rd Street, West Terre Haute, IN 47885). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
