He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip DiLavore Jr. and Carmela DiDio DiLavore; his sister Frances Rand; and his brother-in-law Billy Spradley. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Gailey DiLavore; his children, Santa Kuslan (James) of New York City, Dr. Pamela DiLavore of Chapel Hill, NC, Philip DiLavore IV (Regina) of Bloomington, IN and Teresa Depasse (Kenny) of Terre Haute; his grandchildren, Kevin Depasse (Emily), Brian Depasse (Molly), Emma DiLavore and Athena DiLavore; his great grandchild Max Depasse; his aunt Ann DiLavore McCook; and his siblings-in-law, Dave Rand and Joyce Spradley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
