He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde and Mildred; and his sister Carol. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his sons, Rick (Mary Jane) and Brad; his grandchildren, Bridget (Mannly), Jonathon, Ricky and Emily; and his great grandchild Audrey. He is also survived by many nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Dick's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Children's Hospital.
