It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita J. Turner of Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Raymond Halberstadt; her former life partner Paul Richard Grover; her husband Harold G. Turner; and her brother Donald Halberstadt. She is survived by : her mother Letha Halberstadt (Wright); her children, Lynn Bolinger (Brent), Paula Grover (Cary Willis), Brian Turner (Jenny Cannaday) and Brent Turner (Britt); her grandchildren, Megan Turner, Leah Schmidt (Jacob), Lydia Grover-Willis, Ethan Turner (Mariah), Becca Turner (Casey Simons) and Cameron Bolinger (Erin); her stepgrandson Dustin Crook; and her caregiver Lacretia Shelton. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
