As Robert departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Robert. Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyne Overpeck and Marjorie Ann Overpeck (Hookey). He is survived by: his wife Charlene Overpeck (Wenzel); his sons, Brent Overpeck (Melissa) and Steven Overpeck (Haidee); his grandchildren, Emma, Jordyn, Bradley and Lauren; and his brother William Overpeck (Jean). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home (605 S 25th St, Terre Haute, IN 47803). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
